Chapter News

On April 25, the Billy Mitchell Chapter hosted Harrison Hancock-Torres, an engineer from Southwest Research Institute, who gave a briefing on modularity and the various open systems standards. The crowd was composed of traditional chapter members and several young potential Crows from units at Lackland Air Force Base. Based on the quality of Harrison's briefing, the question and answer period was long with several requests for his briefing. He made the multiple open system standards (e.g., CMOSS, SOSA, etc.) Understandable and interesting by giving common everyday examples. Chapter President Ray "Flair" Reyes presided and thanked Harrison for his outstanding presentation.
