The AOC Crow Career Builder is a program created by AOC to connect our network of professionals with the next generation of crows. Through step by step communications, our mentors and mentees are given a template for creating a valuable working relationship. Mentees will also have the opportunity to network and socialize among people just like yourselves and make essential connections. For mentors: Mentoring with AOC consists of a long-term relationship focused on supporting the growth and development of the mentee. A great mentor is able to lead their mentee with empathy, sensitivity and patience, while constantly adapting to changing times and complex circumstances. To become a mentor with AOC, please contact Blain Bekele for the code. The AOC Asia Virtual Summit will have two themes – Cognitive EW and Space EW with experts from academia, industry and the military providing their views on how these disciplines will support the warfighter in future operations. Booth Space Selling Out! United States Loses First Global Space War to Russians This presentation will discuss outer space warfare actions that occurred during the 2014 Ukrainian conflict. These attacks appear to be mostly cyber war actions and reactions against space systems. However, ultimately it is assessed that this war was “lost” due to linked cyber attacks occurring on the ground, and not against space assets. This illustrates the global and strategic nature of space warfare, and how reactions outside of the space environment must be taken into consideration during operational planning cycles. These hidden cyber attacks also illustrate how cyber and space operations can add additional, more subtle rungs, on the overall conflict escalation ladder. This enables direct communications between countries to show intent and resolve without causing more extensive political implications and reactions. AOC is seeking committee members for the following committees. Can you share your expertise and volunteer for these fields?
