RESEARCH REQUEST: Information on the F-105F and F-105G

Dear Crows,
I am a volunteer researcher at the Flying Heritage Collection in Everett, WA (http://www.flyingheritage.com). Our museum has an unrestored F-105G that was built originally as an F-105F. I'm doing the history of this aircraft in anticipation of the restoration work commencing.
It was converted in February 1968 into a Combat Martin aircraft for use in jamming communications between North Vietnamese air controllers and MiG pilots. This variation had a Hallicrafter’s QRC-128 (AN/ALQ-59) jammer installed in the backseat area. The 388 Tactical Fighter Wing history from the period indicates that the aircraft was tested in March 1968, but no missions were ever flown.
I believe Alfred Price mentions the Combat Martin in his EW history, though I've not been able to consult the actual work. I'm hoping some one in your membership is knowledgeable about this aspect of EW history.
