On February 28, the Tidewater Chapter of the Association of Old Crows held a Chapter meeting in Norfolk, VA. The Chapter was pleased to have CDR Jim Beaver, the Airborne EW Systems Test Coordinator at the Navy’s Operational Test and Evaluation Force (OPTEVFOR), as the guest speaker. CDR Beaver provided a great presentation on all of the EW programs at OPTEVFOR, including airborne, shipboard and ground-based systems.
