The Dixie Crow Chapter recently completed their 35th Annual Electronic Warfare Symposium held at the Robins Air Force Base Museum of Aviation. This year's theme: "Moving EW Technology to the Forefront" emphasized the need for modernizations and upgrades to fielded EW systems to keep pace with the ever-changing threats.
This Annual Technical Symposium is the primary fund raiser for the Dixie Crow Chapter of the AOC allowing significant funds to be donated annually to both the Museum of Aviation as well as the Dixie Crow Education Foundation.
The March 2010 Symposium marked the following:
- $615,000 in continuing education scholarships awarded to date – $45,000 per year. (See photos and details in the May edition of JED)
