The AOC is calling for presenters for the conference at the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, CA.

The Operationalizing Intelligence in Electronic Warfare for the 21st Century conference will be held at the NASIC conference facility, Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton, Ohio, Dec. 1-2. The conference will address the need to improve the lines of communication between the intelligence and the operational Electronic Warfare communities. Previously unpublished contributions across a broad range of topics in intelligence support across the electromagnetic spectrum are being solicited.

With a little less than a month before the end of the current fiscal year, Adm. Gary Roughead, chief of naval operations, has released his guidance for 2010. (Navy Times)

A proposed new bill in the US Senate would give the president's office potent new powers over Intenet access in times declared as "cyberspace emergencies."
